2015 Great Rivers Conference

Gary and I will be attending the 2015 Great Rivers Conference in Madison, Wisconsin next week. We love attending United Way conferences to meet new people, see familiar faces, and discover great, new United Way examples to share with you!

We will be presenting a session, called: “Offbeat Fundraising: Beyond the Traditional Workplace Campaign” on Thursday, February 19th from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. At Perspectives, we know how important it is for United Ways to develop effective fundraising efforts. During this session, we will discuss three things you must communicate with your donors and community members, what it means to be donor-centric, and a variety of offbeat methods to fundraise and connect your donors and community members with your United Way. We will focus on opportunities to fundraise outside of the traditional workplace campaign, and increase engagement with your donors and community members.
