Happy Independence Day

United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County (Asheville, North Carolina) is celebrating the holiday by connecting with their community today. They were asked to host some free, family-friendly activities at a local celebration in Asheville. They are using this opportunity to connect up with people they know, meet new people, and get the word out about their United Way and the categories they focus on addressing in their community.

United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County will be inviting people to play games, such as giant Jenga and Live United corn hole, and take photos in their photo booth. They have invited people to volunteer at their booth for this fun event on their Web site.

What a fun way to get the word out about your United Way and connect people to your United Way by asking them to volunteer!
